If you have a brother (or sister) with haemophilia, you will need to know what you can do to protect them from bleeding.
For example, try to be more careful and make gentle movements when you are beside them or when playing together, so as not to accidentally injure them.
You should never hit them, neither for real, nor during a game. After all, we should not hit other people.
Sometimes you should not play with them “war” or run around the house. Instead, you can play board games, watch TV or draw together.
Also, if they start bleeding, especially if they need to stay home for a few days wearing an orthopedic cast or crutches, naturally your parents will pay more attention to them, because they need taking care of until they feel better!
It’s normal to get jealous sometimes. But think, if at some point you were hurt, you would also want to have all their attention, right?
What you should always remember is that your parents love you and your sibling the same!
